Our guarantee & refunds
We want you to feel good about enrolling. If Novoro isn't the right fit, here's how we handle it. Details will also appear at checkout when we launch.
- 14-day refund (before your first session). Request a full refund within 14 days of enrollment if you haven't attended your first scheduled mentor session. We'll process eligible refunds to your original payment method.
- After you've started. If something isn't working (schedule issues, course fit, or mentor match), contact us. We'll work with you in good faith on options such as switching focus, credit toward another course where possible, or a partial refund depending on how much of the program you've used.
- Abuse of "unlimited" sessions. Sessions are unlimited for completing the course project in good faith. We may step in if usage is clearly unrelated to the project or intended to circumvent normal use. We'll always try to resolve with you first.

Is this just talking to a mentor?+
No. You start a course tied to a concrete project outcome. Meetings are working sessions: debugging, design reviews, pairing, feedback on your build, so you ship real work with expert help, not open-ended career chats.
How many 1-on-1 meetings do I get?+
As many as you need to complete the course project. You and your mentor schedule sessions until the project meets the bar for “done.” There’s no fixed cap for finishing the work.
What do I actually leave with?+
A finished project aligned to the course: something you can show in a portfolio or use on the job, plus the decisions and skills that went into building it alongside your mentor.
What if I need to reschedule a session?+
You can reschedule according to your mentor’s availability and policy. You’ll always see open slots before you confirm a time.
What if I change my mind after enrolling?+
See our guarantee below: you can request a full refund within 14 days if you haven’t attended your first mentor session. After that, contact us if something isn’t working. We’ll work with you in good faith on credits or other options.
