Flow
Enroll, build alongside your mentor, and keep meeting until the course project is complete.
Choose a course built around a real project outcome. Your enrollment includes access to your mentor and the materials you need to build it.
Meet your mentor live to learn and implement together: debugging, reviews, pairing, and planning, on whatever the project needs next.
Book as many sessions as required to finish. You’re done when the project meets the course bar, then walk away with something you actually built.
For learners
The course gives you a path; the mentor helps you execute. You're not paying for a lecture library or a one-time pep talk—you're shipping a tangible project with someone who works in the weeds with you.
Mentor voice
I'm not here to give a career keynote. I'm here to help you ship the course project—unblock you, review what you built, and plan what's next.
How mentors work with learners on Novoro
Each course pairs you with a mentor who knows the domain. They guide the project, give feedback on real artifacts, and meet with you until you finish—scheduling stays lightweight so time goes to building.
Learners bring work in progress—code, designs, drafts—not vague goals.
Mentors stay with you through the lifecycle: first commit to final deliverable.
Every meeting moves the course project forward—use them differently week to week, whatever gets you closer to done.
| Type of session | Typical focus | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Build & debug | Implementing features, fixing errors, unblocking the next task | Working code or assets checked in toward the project |
| Review & feedback | Critique of your draft, PR, design, or plan against course expectations | Concrete changes to make before the next milestone |
| Plan & align | Breaking the project into steps, estimating scope, deciding what to ship next | A shared plan for what to tackle before you meet again |
We want you to feel good about enrolling. If Novoro isn't the right fit, here's how we handle it. Details will also appear at checkout when we launch.

Straight answers about how courses and sessions work.
No. You start a course tied to a concrete project outcome. Meetings are working sessions: debugging, design reviews, pairing, feedback on your build, so you ship real work with expert help, not open-ended career chats.
As many as you need to complete the course project. You and your mentor schedule sessions until the project meets the bar for “done.” There’s no fixed cap for finishing the work.
A finished project aligned to the course: something you can show in a portfolio or use on the job, plus the decisions and skills that went into building it alongside your mentor.
You can reschedule according to your mentor’s availability and policy. You’ll always see open slots before you confirm a time.
See our guarantee below: you can request a full refund within 14 days if you haven’t attended your first mentor session. After that, contact us if something isn’t working. We’ll work with you in good faith on credits or other options.
Ask about courses, projects, or how mentor sessions work. We're happy to help you decide if Novoro fits.
